Attacks on Birth Control, "Daily Show" Style
Sometimes, it takes a non-news news show to illustrate how serious something really is.
Case in point: tomorrow, the Senate is poised to vote on a measure that would allow any boss to deny his employees coverage of birth control.
Even though 99 percent of American women (including 98 percent of Catholic women) use birth control at some point in their lives, some politicians think women should have to ask their bosses' permission to access basic health care like contraception.
