Problem: Yahoo/AP poll shows McCain doing well with pro-choice swing voters
This really isn't the kind of news I like to wake up to in the morning:
MCCAIN ON ABORTION
Despite his repeated votes as senator to limit abortion rights, seven in 10 of those now backing McCain who in November did not support a Republican presidential candidate favor retaining Roe vs. Wade, the case by which the Supreme Court legalized abortion.
I know - that's confusing. I had to read it a couple of times too. Basically it means that seven out of 10 people who say they support McCain, also support Roe v. Wade... does this mean they don't realize McCain is anti-choice??
Alarming as this news is, pro-choice Americans must use this as a wake-up call to visit Meet The Real McCain and spread the word: McCain is anti-choice.

It is insane to me that people are not considering the politician's stances on life and gay issues.
I am a lesbian who has had an abortion. He would like to ban gay marriage and overturn Roe v. Wade.
WE CAN'T LET THAT HAPPEN!!

If Roe v. Wade is overturned women will be faced to have unsafe abortions, and many will die.
LEARN ABOUT THE ISSUES PEOPLE!
Abortion is not in God's plan for us and I hope that all people in support of abortion will someday see that God created us in his own image because he loves us all. I have an issue with Ms. Torres's comment that if Roe vs. Wade is overturned that "many will die". I believe that we will be protecting life by not allowing abortion, not destroying it. Abortion is at this point a choice that a small minority of women choose to exercise and overturning the roe v. wade would not cause a nation of women to engage in illegal activities to abort babies.
Maybe 7 of 10 of those voting for McCain who are pro-choice don't intend to vote on a single issue? Geez, if that's what's politics has come down to, single interest issues...poor America
